My name is Julia.

All that I am and all that I have been has led me to develop a unique set of skills that make me the perfect person to help seniors and those with varying levels of tech literacy set up and understand the technology in their homes. My purpose has always been to make life easier for others in whatever way I can.

I am kind, endlessly patient, and deeply curious. I don’t just solve problems—I seek to understand them, think outside the box, and find solutions that truly work for each individual. When conventional tech fixes fall short, I explore unconventional approaches, sometimes even using technology itself to make other technology easier to grasp.

What sets me apart is how I approach every client. I never assume someone is incapable of understanding tech—I believe it simply needs to be explained in a way that makes sense to them. I take the time to listen, adapt, and empower the people I work with. And in the process, I learn just as much from them as they do from me. My clients aren’t just customers—they become like extended family.
